Mesothelioma is a cancer that affects the lining of the lungs. You might be at risk of developing mesothelioma if:
- You worked in a shipyard
- You installed brakes or gaskets
- You smoked asbestos-containing cigarettes
- You have a family member who engaged in any of the above activities.
